West Campus Orientation and Locker Day is Monday, Aug 29th, 2022 from 8am to 12pm.

Updated Schedule

​

New student orientation and schedule/textbook/locker/pictures/PE clothes pick up/purchase for all students on Monday 8-29-22.

 

Returning students do not need their new student ID to check out textbooks.  With this in mind, please follow this schedule:

​

  • 8:00 am - Incoming 9th grade students and all new students report to the gym

    • ASB will coordinate groups to tour the school, bond to the site, and collect all items needed for first day of school

  • 8:00 am - Returning 12th grade students (bring your student ID) begin at the cafeteria for pictures then go to room 34 for textbooks/schedule/first day packet/locker

  • 8:00 am - Returning 11th grade students (bring your student ID) begin in room 34 for textbooks/schedule/first day packet/locker then go to cafeteria for pictures

  • 8:00 am - Returning 10th grade students (bring your student ID) begin at library to collect textbooks/schedule/first day packet/locker.  If you need PE clothes, purchase from room 56.  Also go to the cafeteria for new picture

  • 8:00 am - New parents are invited to attend the opening orientation meeting in the main gym:  Administration presents to students/parents, Students dismissed, Counselors present to talk with parents

  • 9:00 am - Parent meet and greet with the principal

New Student Orientation (9-12 grade)

8am to 12 pm.  New students report to the quad.  Students will need to take picture id's first.  Pictures, lockers, schedules, etc will be handled there.  Bring physical locker form if you want a locker.  Lockers are not required.  PE clothes will be available for purchase in the gym.  ASB stickers will also be available for purchase.

Returning Students

West Campus Foundation for Excellence thanks everyone for attending the Unity Festival!  After two years of being apart, it was amazing time to see everyone smile, laugh, listen to music, eat good food, meet with teachers, climb the giant slide & come together as a community, all possible because of our AMAZING school community and volunteers!!

 

​

For those of you who were not able to attend the event, here are a few key highlights:

 

  • ​Supervisor Phil Serna, Sacramento County Board of Supervisors, District 1 sent a Proclamation congratulating West Campus High School and the Foundation on the celebration of their 2022 Unity Festival and express gratitude to the Leadership and Teachers of West Campus High School for their commitment to improving and enhancing the lives of West Campus students

​

  • Five scholarship winners were announced: Aileen Le, Sky Tuse, Lesset Aceves, Francisco Ciraulo, Alina Milevsky -- congrats, all!

​

  • The Foundation announced this year's parents of the year:  Marco Martinez and Betsy Vaughn. So grateful to Betsy and Marco for their energy and efforts revitalizing the scholarship selection process.  Amazing updates this and more to come in the future!  

​

The Foundation would also like to THANK all those who made this event a HUGE Success the West Campus TEACHERS and AMDINistration, the STUDENTS, PARENTS and our vendor partners!
