WCFE is committed to supporting West Campus and awards funds benefitting the WC Community twice per school year.  This biannual process ensures equal consideration of requests from multiple requesting parties for limited funds.  Funding determinations are based on the available WCFE Special Funds as determined in our budget, previous requests by an organization, and types of requests (tangible items receive priority).

Important dates for Special Funds Requests for the 2019/ 2020 school year:

October 30th     - Fall Special Requests due

November 12th - Fall Presentations

December 9th    - Fall Funds decisions

March 6th    - Spring Special Requests due

March 9th    - Spring Presentations

April 13th    - Spring Funds decisions
